Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window

Returns or size exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order.

Eligibility

• Product must be unused and unwashed.
• Original tags and packaging must remain intact.
• The garment must be free from stains, perfume, damage or alterations.

Size Exchange

If you've ordered the wrong size, we'll gladly assist with a size exchange, subject to stock availability. Only one exchange is allowed per order.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalised products.
• Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
• Products returned without original packaging.
